FAQ

Question 1: How soon will my order be shipped?
 
In most cases, orders placed online prior to 3 pm EST Monday through Friday will ship the same business day. Since we use distribution centers throughout the country, you can typically expect to receive your merchandise 1-3 business days after ordering.
 
Question 2: Do we accept insurance?
No, we do not accept insurance. Our goal is simple - to provide you with quality products at great prices with easy ordering and fast delivery.  Billing insurance companies and government agencies requires a lot of paperwork, additional staff and often an extended period of time for payment.  All these factors can significantly increase the cost of doing business which ultimately increase the prices we have to charge for the products we sell to our customers.
 
We are happy to provide you with an invoice that can be submitted to your insurance carrier for reimbursement for a covered product.  If you are expecting to be reimbursed by your insurance company, please check with them on the specific provisions of your policy before you make a purchase. Please note that Direct Delivery Medical Supplies is not a Medicare-approved provider.
 
Some of the products we sell are designed to help you maintain the quality of life you desire and address personal safety and hygiene issues.  These products are typically not covered by insurance plans.  Isn't your quality of life important? We think so.
 
 
Question 3: How do I find a specific product or item?
 
There are several ways to search the www.directdeliverymedsupply.com  website for a specific product or item.  If you know the category or subcategory the product would fall in, such as orthopedic back supports, you can select the category then the subcategory and all products in that subcategory will be shown.  You can click on each item you are interested in to see the full description and photo (if available).  If you have a specific model or item number, you can also type the number in the search box that is available in the upper right hand area of the web page.  If you don't see what you're looking for, either email us at info@directdeliverymedsupply.com  or call us at 1-866-408-7131 toll free Monday through Friday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm EST.  We're here to help!  
Question 4: How do I place an order?
 
Ordering is easy! Once you have selected an item for purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" button, and the item will be added to your shopping cart. If you are ordering multiple items, the shopping cart will show you a subtotal of your purchases after you add each item.  When you are finished shopping, click on the "checkout" button.  You will need to fill out the billing information, and make sure you use the address shown on your credit card used for purchase.  If you are shipping to a different address, you will be able to list that address as well. Please use a valid email address when checking out - we send order and shipping confirmations to that address so you will know when to expect your delivery.
