Phone Orders
Should you wish to place an order with Direct Delivery Medical Supplies by phone, you can speak with a Customer Service Representative.  Please be aware, your conversation may be recorded for quality control purposes.  By providing Direct Delivery Medical Supplies with your credit card information, you are hereby authorizing charges to be placed against the card account provided.  Charges in the amount of the total goods purchased plus any applicable shipping and handling charges will be reviewed with you verbally by a Direct Delivery Medical Supplies representative prior to final processing.  Your card information will be used for this transaction only; you will therefore be required to provide credit card information for each subsequent order that you place over the phone.
