Refund Policy
Because of the sterile nature of many healthcare products, Direct Delivery Medical Supplies, LLC does not refund or give credit for any item(s) in which the retail packaging or a sterile seal has been broken.
Damage in Shipment - We use the greatest possible care in packing our shipments. Even the most experienced carriers can accidentally damage a package in transit.
If the item Direct Delivery Medical Supplies, LLC shipped you is incorrect or defective, you must contact a Customer Service Representative within 72 hours of delivery to obtain a return authorization number prior to returning the product. If the product is defective, shipped in error, or damaged in shipping we will pay the return shipping cost. Damage in shipping refers to the product inside the packaging, not the packaging itself.
You must in all cases obtain a return authorization number by calling Customer Service Representative at 1-866-408-7131 prior to returning any product.
Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of receipt of delivery. Items must be returned unopened in the original manufacturer packaging in resalable condition and include all accessories, manuals, brochures and manufacturer documentation to receive full credit, except when defective or damaged in transit.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact a Customer Service Representative within 15 days of delivery for return authorization and instructions.
For items returned due to manufacturer defect, damage in shipping or error on our part; we will reimburse return shipping up to either a pre-determined amount or an industry standard rate. You are responsible for packaging, return shipping and obtaining shipping authorization from Direct Delivery Medical Supplies, LLC and instruction prior to initiating the return.
For items returned due to the purchasers change of preference or desire, in most cases we will honor a refund for the amount of the product alone; you will be responsible for both initial and return shipping charges. Direct Delivery Medical Supplies, LLC retains sole discretion of return of special order items as noted in the product list. It is your responsibility to contact a Customer Service Representative with any questions you may have prior to purchasing.
If a refund is requested, the refund will be processed in the same manner you made payment and after we have received the return.
